Description:
This pull request adds GitHub Actions workflows for pylint and black code formatting to improve code quality and style consistency in the project. The changes include:

  • Create pylint.yml and black.yml files.
  • Add "Pylint" workflow for code analysis using pylint.
  • Add "Black" workflow for code formatting using black.
  • Workflows are triggered on push and pull requests for all branches.
