Create Domain-Driven Design Guide

While skimming through "Domain-Driven Design" and the condensed "Domain-Driven Design Reference" by Eric Evans, I captured a few things I found interesting and unique to DDD.
Note: this guide is very incomplete and leaves out anything that is already covered by other classic books on software engineering.
