This is application called KHRO Data Capture Tool (DCT) has been developed for thr Ministry of Health (MoH-Kenya). The tool has been developed in Django by Dr. Stephen Mburu(PhD) assisted by Daniel Mbugua. Dr. Mburu is a Health Informatics Specialist and Lecturer of Computer Science at the University of Nairobi (UoN). Daniel is a Software Engineer and Masters Candidate in Distributed Computing Technologies of UoN.
