1. update low_level_actions.py to allow agents to read files inside workspace/env, prevent reading from scripts folder. (since we copy both env and scripts to workspace, the relative path also changed.) 2. update environment.py file to copy both env and scripts folders to the workspace.
address the leaking information issue by moving the golden code from env to scripts. Prevent the LLM from reading the golden code directly.
