Permissions

Player Commands (all commands under /ch):
challenges.commands.ch.[command]
"/ch" is alias for "/ch ch", so use that permission

Admin Commands (all commands under /cha):
challenges.commands.cha.[command]

Moderator Commands (all commands under /chm):
challenges.commands.chm.[command]

Everyone with this permission will get warning if there are too many occupied villages:
challenges.notify

Every moderator with this permission will get automatically unclaimed from any submission on disconnect:
challenges.unclaim
