Content layout guidelines

Headings

• h1 is reserved for the page's main title. This is automatically added by Hugo if you set a title attribute in the page's front matter. This is for screen-reader compatibility.
• This means that h2 to h6 may be used for subheadings in the rest of the content.
• Headings should use heading attributes (h2-h6) rather than bold or emphasised tags.

Horizontal rules, page breaks

• If a page is split up by horizontal rules, it would be better organised into sub-pages, like the help section. This makes managing the content a little easier (fewer huge markdown files).
