Noticed this was causing my attempts to deploy to crash as these CSV's are in the graylog folder not the config folder
Added an ansible story for setup which mirrors the steps in the youtube video

Noticed this was causing my attempts to deploy to crash as these CSV's are in the graylog folder not the config folder. Small fix here to map the CSV's back to where graylog can see them. Also added an ansible story which completes most of the youtube install video on taylor waltons channel automatically.
