I wrote this commit and PR to clean up repo-wide ktlint failures, including MCP handler file renames that match their
actualclass names, theAmpereStartupResultfilename split, and formatting/import/name fixes across core, tests, bundled agents, and the desktop entrypoint.I also kept the intentionally underscored AI config/provider types with narrow ktlint suppressions instead of renaming those APIs.
CI and publish workflows now run
./gradlew ktlintCheckbefore tests, and I verified the branch with./gradlew ktlintCheck jvmTest.
