Adds a bundled provider pricing catalog and calculator in ampere-core.
Uses the bundled prices to populate
TokenUsage.estimatedCostinAgentLLMService, while preserving provider-reported cost when bundled pricing is unavailable.Covers pricing resolution and CLI rendering with tests.
