nu applied across all taxa regardless of whether they exist in metacommunity or not

• plotting functions
• clean up syntax and fxn names

Major updates

updates include:

• remove fn prefix from functions, but old aliases are still available
• add metasim.disturbance wrapper function to allow for simulations with variable landscapes
• add plotting functions plot_coenoclines and plot_standardized_disp_kernel to plot metacommunity characterisitcs
