Implements: - Network selector dropdown with Testnet/Mainnet support (Issue sorosave-protocol#80) - Confirmation dialog when switching networks - Persists selection to localStorage - Clears cached data on network switch - Horizon API client for transaction history (Issue sorosave-protocol#63)
