Implementation Summary:
Mainnet Workflow: Created .github/workflows/deploy-mainnet.yml to automate secure deployments to Stellar Mainnet.
Security: Added a manual approval gate and dry-run step to prevent accidental deployments.
Rollback Plan: Created ROLLBACK.md with step-by-step instructions for emergency recovery.
