This PR adds workflow for adding any Digital Elevation Model into Gazebo as heightmap.
In example world is Apollo 16 landing site created from NASA's LRO .geotiff modified in QGIS and GIMP to suitable 16bit .png format.
Part of demo is also description how to convert any .geotiff into heightmap.
