Welcome to the roman-data-workshop wiki!

This page describes how to update the data we share with SSC and the community for a Roman DMS Build. This assumes the L1 data were generated with the software released for the build. The data files are uploaded to Box.

1. Provide image, prism and grism L1 data
2. Run roman_elp and upload L2 products for all L1 files.
3. Generate and upload the L3 associations
4. Run roman_mos on the associations and upload all L3 and L4 generated products
5. Upload a folder named as the build to this Box folder.
6. Update the download script to point to the paths on Box.
7. Write a note in the new folder describing what the data is.
8. Update and run the notebooks in the repository to make sure they run with the current data files.
9. Write a note in the roman-data-workshop Slack channel announcing the availability of the data.
10. Let SE know where the files are.
