Setting up timer for assistive drs carlie chris code combined Update drs.c
…nto appropiate DRS_update() switch case(s), Added in Timers to Assistive ONLY for now, reorganized DRS code, cleaned up loose ends, and added 1 previously unused flag (AutoDRSActive) to CAN - not sure why this would be necessary on a moving car tbh but we'll use it for easy debugging on stands w/out needing DRS solenoid
