Initial creation of pdfras_reader_managed project
for RasterPixelFormat and RasterCompression. So changed the names in pdfrasread.h to RasterReaderPixelFormat and RasterReaderCompression. Also changed declaration in reader code to use RasterReaderPixelFormat and RasterReaderCompression
