Default behavior unchanged (patch bump). Existing callers don't break. Adds an explicit --minor path for inflection releases like the Spool Daemon split. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Adds an explicit
--minorpath to the release helper. Default behavior is unchanged (patch bump), so existing callers don't break.--patch--minorMotivated by the Spool Daemon split (M5 #112–#117) which warrants a minor bump rather than another patch.
