To match the updates to spring-social-google this update implements the user interface for testing the calendar functionality.
The scope "https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar" is added at signon to allow calendar events to be created and deleted.
Allows browsing of all accessible calendars and the events they contain, the creation of events using the Quick Add functionality, and deletion of events.
