The University of Maryland Greenebaum Comprehensive Cancer Center Flow Cytometry Shared Resource (FCSR) offers equipment and technical expertise to the entire campus, as well as outside clients in conducting research in all areas of basic and applied biomedical sciences.

Current Projects:

• CytometryInR Our free Cytometry In R mini course, aimed at those with previous cytometry experience, but no to-little coding experience. Being offered both in-person and online, starting February 1st, 2026.
• InstrumentQC Our automated dashboard tracking our instruments QC status, updated daily at 11 AM EST (1600 GMT+0)
• BISCC_2025 Interactive reference materials for the 2025 Baltimore Introductory Spectral Cytometry Course.
