the second part of #119

@srounet could you add a trusted publisher to pypi? https://docs.pypi.org/trusted-publishers/adding-a-publisher/

with the workflow name as publish.yml and then environment as pypi

then we just need an environment named pypi on github https://github.com/srounet/Pymem/settings/environments/new
