Fixed a bug where you could open any locker using a card above janitor, also returns if the plugin is disabled from config instead of just calling Disable().

Fixed the bug that made the doors bug out and not work sometimes, also fixed the doors actually working for scps by returning true instead of false.

This is not a new version release, just uploading a compiled version of the latest commit that I did. It should fix a weird issue in which if you pick a card from 096 or 106 it doesn't work anymore, or sometimes the card just straight up stops working.
