Reorganize the documentation structure by renaming the Developers section to "Developing on Stability" and moving content into new web2/web3 developer subfolders. Add Web2-friendly guides and ZKT docs (overview, API reference, transaction status) to make Zero-Knowledge Transactions accessible via HTTP POST, and introduce stability_api pages for API key and rate limit guidance. Update various how_stability_works and resources pages, remove deprecated developer/user files, add new static images and styling updates, and adjust Docusaurus configuration to reflect the new structure.

Making these minor adjustments could really improve the overall look and feel.
