Hi Aaron!
I'm new in using CLUES and I have a question for you about the output.
I'm running the inference.py script using the outputs from SampleBranchLengths.sh and it gives me all the three outputs (out.epochs.npy, out.freqs.npy and out.post.npy). I was wondering if there is a way to recover the selection coefficient that is printed in the log space after the run.
Also, is there a specific threshold (for example in the posterior probability) I should consider to say whether a SNP is under selection?
Your help would be really appreciated!
Thank you so much!
Best,
Federica
