Relate version does not have --format b; extract_coals.py?

I am a little confused about the what file formats are needed to run CLUES. First, it doesnt seem like the newest relate version (v1.0.17) has the --format option in the SampleBranchLengths.sh script. It thus produces *.anc, *.dist, *.mut, *.newick, *.sites. I was able to use the previous version of relate to get the --format b option and *timeb. However, I cant seem to locate the extract_coals.py script to produce the der.npy and anc.npy Is this something that is with CLUES or relate?

OK. It seems that it runs with the *.timeb file alone. Sorry for the issue, when I checked the option on inference.py it listed the *.npy files as intended input.
