Allows to visualize the tree over time, using Matplotlib
It is possible to switch between the "hardware_pixels" (the real tree) and the "software_pixels" (=3d viewer), using two booleans at the top of the file

Tested with success on Windows 10/Idle, and on Ubuntu 18.04
Currently does not work in Jupyter, because of matplotlib/ipympl#79
