Description
This pull request:
@stdlib/string/base/concat
The package provides a minimal, fixed-arity string concatenation utility:
var concat = require( '@stdlib/string/base/concat' );
var out = concat( 'hello', 'world' );
// => 'helloworld'
This implementation intentionally mirrors the behavior and structure of other @stdlib/string/base/* utilities, such as lowercase and uppercase, but offers fixed-arity concatenation (two arguments only). A future package will address variadic string concatenation.}}
