Add --quote <tweet-id-or-url> option to the tweet command for creating proper quote tweets with embedded original tweets. Creates a proper quote tweet with the original tweet embedded — not just a link.

Passes attachment_url in CreateTweet variables (Twitter's quote tweet API)
Added --quote option to the tweet command
Accepts both tweet URLs and raw IDs via extractTweetId
