A few enhancements for urxvt-tabbedex.

On top of Schnouki's enhancements, i added the following:

• Xresources are now read using the window name (-name option) and tabbedex class.
• Added option to prevent the last tab from closing (actually creates a new tab before closing the last).

Merged jpkotta's branch as well, which makes tabs inherit commandline arguments.

Is there a way i can set the tab name from a command, I want to set the tabname from the current tmux session name.
