Updated stopwords. Fixed issue with Lithuanian characters, and added additional words.

Hello, I am a master's student at Trinity College Dublin. I am working on my thesis, and I found this list of stopwords very useful. However, I noticed it was rather short and, most significantly, the Lithuanian characters were replaced by ones from other languages. I changed this and added a few extra words and cases. I hope you find this a meaningful addition. Best, |
