This reverts commit b11039b.
Added the -N "" option for the host key generation to avoid accidental setup of a passphrase for the host keys rendering them unusable to sshd.

hmac-ripemd160 has been removed in OpenSSH 7.6.
Add the new Diffie-Hellman groups from OpenSSH 7.3.
These ciphers were all removed in OpenSSH 7.6.
Update algorithm choices
Just fixed a minor typo/error. Number 8 of key exchange protocols (iffie-hellman-group-exchange-sha256) isn't affected by opinions about NIST.
