…s called when the grid is refined. Fixed a bug with the Dirichlet BCs for pure elliptic problems.
…or variables. Fixed indexing for correct treatment of variables after the first vector variable. Found an issue if the first parabolic variable is a vector. Found an issue if there are multiple vector elliptic equations.
