Currently, FreeText Annotation have several limitations, such as:

This PR adds ability to resize (not just FreeText, but also other annot types) as well as fixes double new line issue.
I am a heavy PDF note-taker so these are the issues that bothered me most although i couldn't find another PDF reader as comfortable as Sumatra, so I decided to have a look at these issues, and with the help of AI, i was able to debug and add these features.
I have been using this version for couple days on my usual workflow and I had no problems so far, but additional testing might be required by other users.
