Setup Instructions

1. Install dependencies

   npm install

2. Configure environment variables

   cp .env.example .env.local

   Then, add your OPENAI_API_KEY to the .env.local file.

3. Setup Google Calendar Integration (Optional) For optional Google Calendar sync, see CALENDAR_INTEGRATION_SETUP.md for detailed configuration steps.

4. Generate PWA icons

   node scripts/generate-icons.js

   Use the generated SVG to create the required icon files.

5. Run the database migrations

   • For scheduling support, run the migrations from supabase/migrations/ in your Supabase SQL editor.

6. Run the development server

   npm run dev

7. Build for production

   npm run build
   npm start
