ShortStack FTM only on per-molecule basis with updates made to allow pipeline to be usable by the chemistry analysis team.

Sequencing has been disabled in this version.

ShortStack release of FTM only, including tie-breaking logic and qc output for FTM run.

FTM: Alpha Release update 1

• added position to normalized counts on perfect matches
• rounded off counts to two decimal places
• renamed scripts to more appropriate names
• switched from DeltaZ score to CDF
• FTM calls will filter out calls with tied zscores

• includes Joe's CSV to JSON converter
• runs up to FTM
• diversity score by sixmer not by base
