This PR:

  • enables highlighting for json and jsonc by reusing the js highlighter
  • adds the toml and ini highlighting add-ons
  • ensures yaml highlighting works correctly (the plugin was already added previously but was unused)
  • ensures an error occurs rather than silently not highlighting code blocks if a language is not supported.
