The change in 066d0a6 broke parsing of
@exampleand other tags without type by interpreting the first word of content as a name (e.g., "const" or "//" were parsed as names instead of description).Only skip empty lines when looking for a name if a type was found, preserving the fix for multi-line @param while not breaking
