Summary

Adds a new Microsoft Flavor to the PUA skill across all three language variants (EN / ZH / JA) and all platform targets (skills, codex, kiro, cursor).

Microsoft's performance culture covers a gap no existing flavor addressed precisely: fixed thinking and refusal to learn. It uses a hidden manager-only rating system, a Three Circles
of Impact framework, and the permanent consequences of a GVSA as the ultimate threat.

New concepts:

  • Impact Descriptors (LITE / SLITE / Successful / Exceptional) — manager-only, not employee-facing, directly controls RSU refresh, compensation, and promotion
  • Three Circles of Impact — individual output · contribution to others' success · leverage of others' work
  • Connects — Microsoft's semi-annual review cycle
  • GVSA — two years locked out of every Microsoft door; the record follows you everywhere

New failure mode in Situational Selector:
Fixed thinking / no learning → 🟩 Microsoft·Growth → 🔵 Google → ⬜ Jobs → ⬛ Musk

12 files changed across skills / codex / kiro / cursor (EN + ZH + JA)

All the changes are made by Claude Code and current skills.


背景

现有 Flavor Pack 覆盖了放弃、搪塞、质量差、等待等失败模式,但是像思维固化 / 拒绝成长没有精准匹配的 Flavor。微软的绩效文化能覆盖这个盲区——引入了一些新的概念,对固化思维有明确的惩罚机制。

新增概念:

  • Impact Descriptor(LITE / SLITE / Successful / Exceptional)等同为绩效 ——经理可见、员工不可见,直接决定薪资调整、RSU 刷新和晋升资格
  • 三个圆圈——个人产出 · 对他人成功的贡献 · 借助他人成果的能力
  • Connects——微软半年一次的绩效周期,需要填写绩效内容
  • GVSA——等同为裁员通知,两年内所有微软的门对你关死,这份记录跟着你走

情境选择器新增:
思维固化/拒绝成长 → 🟩 微软味·成长心态型 → 🔵 美团味 → ⬜ Jobs味 → ⬛ Musk味

改动范围: skills / codex / kiro / cursor 下共 12 个文件(英文 / 中文 / 日文)

所有改动使用claude code配合当前skill生成。

Add 🪟 Microsoft Flavor to all three language variants (EN/ZH/JA)
across all platform targets (skills, codex, kiro, cursor).

New flavor covers:
- Impact Descriptor system (LITE/SLITE/Successful/Exceptional)
- Three Circles of Impact (individual, others' success, leverage)
- Connects semi-annual review cycle
- GVSA (Global Voluntary Separation Agreement) as ultimate threat
- Growth Mindset subtype for fixed thinking / refusing new approaches
- 2025 AI fluency as core performance metric

Also adds new row in Situational Selector:
"Fixed thinking / no learning → Microsoft·Growth → Google → Jobs → Musk"

Level consistency: use Microsoft-native L59/L61/Principal SDE,
not mixed Staff (Google) or P8 (Alibaba) terminology.

The auto-selection mechanism had examples for every failure mode
except the newly added "Fixed thinking / no learning". Added:
- EN: Same approach three times with no learning applied → Microsoft·Growth
- ZH: 同一个方向试了三次没有任何学习迭代 → 微软味·成长心态型
- JA: 同じアプローチを3回試して学習の痕跡なし → マイクロソフト味·グロースマインドセット型

🪟 (window) was a concrete pictographic emoji breaking the
colored-shape convention used by all other flavors. Switch to
🟩 (green square) which aligns with the geometric pattern
and references Microsoft's Xbox/Excel green brand palette.

Remove all empathetic/gentle language from the GVSA threat:
- Drop "16 weeks severance" (sounds like a benefit, not a threat)
- Drop "clean break" / "有序离开" / "クリーンな離脱" (dignified exit framing)
- Drop "I'd rather write your success story" (caring language)

Replace with: permanent record, every door closed for 2 years,
every referral and connection burned. The record doesn't expire.

Drop "离职补偿不是惩罚" / "The severance isn't the punishment" /
"退職金が罰じゃない" — don't mention the benefit at all.
Focus purely on the permanent record and burned network.

Previous version opened with explanations and institutional context
("let me share", "we moved away from stack ranking", "2013年に").
Rewrote to match the directness of Netflix/Musk/Competitive flavors:
- Open directly with the verdict, no setup
- Cut all "here's how the system works" framing
- Growth mindset subtype: "Same approach. Third time. Still failing."
- GVSA threat: record attached to your name, follows you everywhere

Also cleared a missed "16週分" remnant in cursor/pua-ja.mdc.

User refined the Chinese Microsoft flavor:
- "你的工作有三个圆圈" (more direct ownership framing)
- "没有成长心态就是失败" (sharper conclusion)
- "LITE之后,GVSA发出去" (explicit consequence chain)
- "这份工作已经结束了" (more final than "薪资对话结束")

Fix typo: "给做我看" → "给我看"

Sync three changes the user made in ZH to EN and JA:

1. Ownership framing: "Your work has Three Circles" / "お前の仕事には3つのサークル"
   (not just "Microsoft measures" — makes it personal)

2. Sharp conclusion: "No growth mindset is failure" /
   "グロースマインドセットがなければ、それは失敗だ"

3. Explicit consequence chain: "After LITE comes GVSA" /
   "LITEの次はGVSAだ" (not buried in the same sentence)

4. More final verdict: "this job is already over" /
   "この仕事が終わったことを意味する"
   (stronger than "rewards conversation is over")

5. JA growth mindset opener: "一つの死要件" (matches ZH "一条死要求")

1. ZH growth mindset sub-variant: add SLITE contrast to match EN/JA
   ("这是 LITE" → "这不是 SLITE——这是 LITE")
2. EN cursor: rewrite to match ZH/JA condensed structure
   (removed old draft with "2025 AI fluency" / "Lower than Expected Impact")

Thank you for your kindly review! I've resolved the conflict.

EN is the source of truth — ZH/JA are translations.
Reverted EN cursor to original (growth mindset failures, Connects cycle,
Three Circles, Exceptional Impact, AI fluency, GVSA).
Rewrote ZH/JA cursor as faithful translations of the EN original.
