…о rest нужно использовать http и в настройка[ jest указать исправленный модуль jest-fixed-jsdom (testEnvironment: 'jest-fixed-jsdom'). Не знаю, нормально ли было список работ получать за счет fetch, но зазо он точно берет эти данные и замоканного handler
…казаь явно использование файла конфигурации. Для запуска - запуск сайта через dev, потом открытие кипресса ссылку сайта копируем в окне браузера где открыты тесты кипресса

Approved! юнит и е2е тесты отлично написаны, интеграционные тоже хорошо, но вот чтоб идеально было бы, то хорошо в getTodos вызывать fetch и тогда будет отрабатывать мок из msw. Потому что вы в handlers описали заглушки, но не вызываете их
