A proof of concept for a carousel element in Gmail

To test:

1. Make sure you're running Chrome in "insecure" mode by adding the flag "--allow-running-insecure-content"
2. Open the Mixmax Dashboard, click Integrations, and click Add Enhancement
3. Fill in as follows:

• Name: Picture Carousel
• Icon Tooltip: Carousel with fade transitions
• Editor URL: http://localhost:8910/editor
• Resolver API URL: http://localhost:8910/api/resolver
• Activate API URL: leave blank
