Added momentum based scrolling from open source software project https://www.smoothscroll.net/win/ and here is the code https://github.com/gblazex/smoothscroll-for-websites/blob/master/SmoothScroll.js.
It works for scroll wheel, keyboard arrow keys and track pad. Phone scrolling remains the same. I mimicked the feeling for the scroll based on this site https://kompose.io/
Testing:
Tested trackpad, scroll wheel, arrow keys and phone scrolling using web dev tools.
