I second this for scrolling pages more quickly (would like to map c-f and c-b but whatever for the defaults). |

Not sure why Page Down and Page Up aren't here by default, so adding them in. I left the indents as tabs in injected.js but made the indent spacing consistent in defaultSettings.json (it was 2 and 4 before, just 2 now).
