Bumps vocs to pick up wevm/vocs#416 which fixes
Locationheaders leakinghttp://behind TLS-terminating reverse proxies (Vercel, Cloudflare).This was causing double-redirect chains for configured redirects — Google Search Console was reporting these as "Page with redirect" validation failures.
