Fix Details
Fixed the CI failure by restoring the originalPullRequestUrl property in the test file. The PR had incorrectly commented out this required property, causing the test to fail because the CreatePullRequestToInferenceRequest interface requires this field. All tests now pass (20/20), linting passes, and all TypeScript files are properly formatted.
