Fix Details
Fixed the CI failure by restoring the pullRequestId property in src/clickhouseClient.test.ts. The PR had commented out 'pullRequestId: 42' which caused both a Prettier formatting failure and would have broken the test logic since the expectation still required pull_request_id: 42 in the output. After restoring the property, all checks pass: format check, linting, tests, and build.
