- Added scripts for generating concept videos - Added 10-second clip generator with 15 fresh concepts - Added VIDEO_README with hosting instructions - Scripts generate clean narration without testing claims - Videos ready for hackathon submission (host externally due to size) Note: Videos are generated locally but too large for GitHub. Upload to YouTube/Drive for hackathon submission.

- Fixed Unicode encoding errors on Windows - Replaced emojis with text markers - Script now works properly on all platforms - Created test directories and sample metadata
