Add the ability to export a Squiffy story as a single HTML file with all CSS and JavaScript inlined. This makes it easier to share stories as a single file without needing to distribute multiple files. Changes: - Packager: Add inlineHtml option to createPackage() with new template - CLI: Add --inline flag to generate single HTML file - Editor: Add "Export HTML (single file)" menu option
