Currently, the path in the URI is ignored.
For instance, when calling:
pinto --root https://my.server/path/to/pinto.cgi
pinto only calls https://my.server
With this change, it becomes possible to run a Pinto daemon in a
shared hosting site and a sub directory, not just the root.
