Refactored the VideoEditingActivity to use MVVM architecture with a ViewModel and Repository. Implemented a custom TimelineView that supports horizontal scrolling, a time ruler, and a fixed center playhead. Configured the build to use a local ffmpeg-kit.aar file. Improved file handling safety for Android 10+.

Added a configuration exclusion for `com.arthenica:ffmpeg-kit-full` in `app/build.gradle`. This ensures that the build system does not attempt to resolve the remote artifact (which may be missing or archived) and strictly uses the local `libs/ffmpeg-kit.aar` file.
Implemented the manual AAR import approach by creating a local `:ffmpeg-kit` module.
- Created `ffmpeg-kit/` directory and `ffmpeg-kit/build.gradle` to export the AAR.
- Updated `settings.gradle` to include `:ffmpeg-kit`.
- Updated `app/build.gradle` to depend on `project(':ffmpeg-kit')` and maintained the exclusion of the remote artifact.
This resolves dependency conflicts and ensures the local AAR is correctly resolved by the build system.
