- Limited Retail Participation: High minimum investment sizes (typically ₹10 lakhs) effectively exclude the vast majority of retail investors, channeling their savings primarily into bank deposits or equities. This limits capital formation for corporations and denies retail investors access to a stable, income-generating asset class.
