Added Dutch Localisation

Added Dutch translations, but will require some cleanup. I haven't done anything with messages.mo

Don't worry about messages.mo, I'll take care of that (and I’ll see if an LLM is able to help with cleanup).

I'll credit you in the README and app's about page, and the next update will have fully fledged localisation with this implemented.

As a small note, I'll be able to work full-time on the next update after my IB exams in 1.5 months, so I'm sorry to keep you waiting on this.
